Punishment Park
This movie was banned in 1971. It seems to me that it's even more timely now than it was then - and it was pretty spot on back then.
About the government creating a torture/execution playground for its uniformed officers, and using anyone who dissents from the actions from the government as its victims. The government declares that anyone who opposes war, government spying, violations of the Constitution, etc., is a traitor and worthy of death.
Unfortunately, the official website for the film no longer exists.

I couldn't see the video because it's since been removed. What's the movie about?

Sick, but then a lot of humanity has a sick mentality of things. *sighs* It's so sad nowadays.
